Ayobami Aina: A Rising Star in Music and Theatre

Ayobami Aina, popularly known as Ayo, is a Nigerian creative professional making strides in music and theatre in the United Kingdom. His artistic journey began in church, leading to a multifaceted career that includes stage performance, music production, and theatre management.

Ayo's music career commenced in 2012 with his debut song while studying at the University of Lagos, where he actively participated in theatre productions. His theatre experience encompasses over 15 productions in various roles such as actor, director, and stage manager.

He has collaborated with esteemed theatre practitioners like Anne Neville and Alex Marker, and in music, he has worked with British producer Anthony Adams and Nigerian producers. Currently a member of Questors Theatre, Ayo has contributed to productions like Labour of Love and The Curious Incident of the Cat in the Playhouse.

A significant milestone occurred on July 19, 2026, when he served as Stage Manager for Worship in Chaos, showcasing his leadership in theatre. He continues to build his music catalogue with seven releases to date.
