Airtel Africa Plc has announced the currency exchange rates and arrangements governing the payment of its previously declared final dividend of 4.26 cents per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on 24 July 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 June 2026. The last date to trade shares and remain entitled to the dividend is 17 June 2026.

For Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) shareholders, the applicable exchange rate has been set at ₦1,375.25 per U.S. dollar, determined by reference to rates available on 29 May 2026. NGX shareholders may elect to receive payment in either Nigerian naira or U.S. dollars. Those who wish to receive payment in U.S. dollars must complete a Currency Election Form and submit it to Coronation Registrars Limited — by post or via eforms@coronationregistrars.com — no later than 6 July 2026. Shareholders who do not submit a currency election before that deadline will automatically receive their dividend in Nigerian naira.

For LSE shareholders, the applicable rate is 0.742115 GB pounds per U.S. dollar. LSE shareholders who do not elect a currency preference before 6 July 2026 will receive payment in U.S. dollars by default.
