Alavin Retracts Allegations Against Wizkid's Associate Godson

Emmanuel Jakpa, popularly known as Alavin, has retracted his viral allegations against Uyi Godson Agho, an associate of Afrobeat star Wizkid. Alavin urged the public to disregard the content of a video he released on June 28, 2026, which he now states does not reflect the true situation regarding Godson.

The allegations involved claims of defrauding social media influencer Clement Akpobom Ogudu, known as Isokoboi, of N100 million. Alavin clarified that the earlier video was driven by a previous disagreement with Godson and was made voluntarily, not under duress.

Godson has maintained his innocence and has filed a petition with the Lagos State Command regarding the matter, which involves a business dispute valued at N320 million. Alavin's retraction emphasizes the need for the public to disregard the earlier video, which has continued to circulate online.
