Court Remands Chief Anthoni Woherem for Forgery Charges

Chief Anthoni Woherem was remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre after being arraigned on March 11, 2026, for alleged forgery and money laundering at the Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Binta Nyako. The court granted him bail of N150 million, requiring two sureties of N50 million each, who must possess verifiable property within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Damiebi Denni Fiberesima and Mr. Alic Denni Fiberesima regarding disputed property rights.
