Global Air Cargo Demand Rises Amid Altered Trade Patterns

In September 2025, the global air cargo market saw a 2.9% increase in demand compared to the previous year, driven by altered trade patterns and capacity adjustments. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) reported growth in air cargo demand for the 7th straight month, with a focus on adapting to shifting market demands.
