Amaechi: I’ll Defeat Tinubu If ADC Gives Me Ticket; I Know His Weaknesses

Former Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi, expressed confidence in defeating President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election if he secures the ticket from the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Amaechi claimed to know Tinubu's strengths and weaknesses, stating that he would use this knowledge to secure victory.

He also challenged Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, to take a walk along the streets of Port Harcourt to prove his popularity. Amaechi vowed to end election manipulation and corruption if elected president, promising to change the Nigerian constitution within one month.

Additionally, he criticized the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, accusing him of allowing influential individuals to steal money from the Central Bank of Nigeria. Amaechi pledged to reverse the removal of subsidies and direct funds to the Nigerian people if elected.
