Ambode Denies Plans To Join ADC Coalition

Former Lagos State governor Akinwunmi Ambode has refuted claims that he is planning to join the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition. Ambode's spokesperson, Seyi Bamigbade, clarified that Ambode remains a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has no intention of leaving the party.

Bamigbade dismissed the reports as false and mischievous, emphasizing Ambode's loyalty and support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He urged the public to ignore the rumors and focus on meaningful conversations to move the state and nation forward.

The statement also called out political opportunists for spreading baseless claims and urged Nigerians not to be swayed by politically motivated propaganda. Ambode's camp remains firm in their support for the APC and dismissed any notions of defection to the ADC.
