INEC Begins PVC Collection Exercise for Anambra Guber Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) in Anambra State starting from October 22 to 26, 2025. The exercise aims to ensure registered voters obtain their PVCs for the upcoming governorship election in November 2025.

Additionally, INEC will conduct a mock accreditation exercise on October 25, 2025, across selected polling units to test the upgraded Biometric Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) ahead of the main election. Victoria Eta Messi, the Director of Voter Education and Publicity at INEC, emphasized the importance of collecting PVCs in person within the specified period.
