UK-Based Nigerian Ademola Ok Found Dead at Workplace

Ademola Ok, a 37-year-old Nigerian based in the United Kingdom, was found unresponsive at his workplace on April 18, 2026. He had left home in good health, maintaining contact with his wife throughout the day, even sharing a WhatsApp message at 2:08 PM.

His sudden death shocked his family, particularly his 31-year-old wife, who is now the sole caregiver for their two young children, aged six and two. Adejonwo Odutola, a close family friend, initiated a fundraising campaign on GoFundMe to support the family with funeral arrangements and financial assistance as they navigate life without Ademola.

The campaign aims to raise £8,000, with £4,509 already collected. This incident marks the third case of a Nigerian found dead in the UK in April, highlighting concerns within the Nigerian diaspora community regarding sudden deaths.
