APC Chairman Yilwatda Visits El-Rufai After Mother's Death

On Saturday, APC chairman Prof. Nentaw Yilwatda visited former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai at his residence in Abuja to offer condolences following the death of El-Rufai's mother, Hajiya Umma El-Rufai.

She passed away on March 27, 2026, in Cairo, Egypt, after a period of illness. This visit is part of a series of condolences extended to El-Rufai, as several prominent political figures have also visited him to express their sympathies.

Among those who have paid their respects are Katsina State Governor Dikko Umar Radda, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi, former Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami, and Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.
