APC Group Petitions Anti-Graft Agencies Over N54bn Abia School Funds

The APC support group in Abia State, ABIA, has petitioned anti-graft agencies and donors over the alleged mismanagement of N54 billion meant for school renovations by Governor Alex Otti's administration. The group, led by Eze Chikamnayo, submitted a petition to EFCC, ICPC, World Bank, and Transparency International, highlighting the lack of transparency and accountability in the allocation of funds for the school projects.

The petition alleges that despite the substantial funds allocated, no new smart school projects have been initiated in Abia State. This move by the APC group aims to address the perceived corruption and mismanagement of public funds in the state.
