Governor Otti Denies ₦54 Billion Mismanagement Allegation Amidst Political Controversy

Governor Otti of Nigeria denies the mismanagement allegation of ₦54 billion funds. Chieftain of the Progressives Congress (APC) state, Eze Chikamnayo, petitioned agencies including the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over the alleged misuse of education funds.

Chikamnayo accused Otti's administration of corruption and lack of transparency, demanding evidence for the alleged funding of 51 smart schools. Otti's Chief Press Secretary, Njoku Ukoha, dismissed the claims as politically motivated.

The governor remains focused on transforming education in the state amidst the opposition's distractions. The group has also petitioned international watchdogs for intervention.
