APC Welcomes Defectors from NNPP, PDP in Kano Rally

On a recent Sunday, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentaw Goshw Yilwatda, received defectors from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at an event in Dawakin Kudu Local Government Area, Kano State.

This gathering was organized ahead of a rally endorsing Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for a second term in office. The event highlighted the significance of the new defectors, who are prominent indigenes of Dawakin Kudu and Warawa Federal Constituency.

During the occasion, there was a public appeal for Hon. Mustapha Bala Dawaki to return to active politics and contest for the Dawakin Kudu/Warawa House of Representatives seat.

The event drew several top APC chieftains, including Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, former APC National Chairman Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, and Kano State APC Chairman Abdullahi Abba, among others, showcasing the party's unity and strategy moving forward.
