Kosofe APC Aspirant Rejects Primaries Results

Remi Oluwalogbon Odunsi, an aspirant for the House of Representatives seat in Kosofe, Lagos State, has publicly rejected the results of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries conducted on May 16, 2026. In a statement, Odunsi expressed that the results circulated do not accurately reflect the voting process and described the developments as violations of the procedures outlined by the APC for conducting primaries.

She stated that she does not accept the purported outcome and has submitted a formal petition to the appropriate party authorities, requesting an urgent review of the electoral process. Odunsi emphasized the necessity for the party leadership and stakeholders to intervene to ensure transparency and credibility in the internal elections, which are essential for maintaining the party's integrity and unity ahead of the general elections.
