APC Reacts as El-Rufai Drags ADC Vanguard Group: "Deception of Scale"

The APC has responded to Nasir El-Rufai's criticism of the ADC Vanguard group, labeling it as a "Deception of Scale." El-Rufai, the former governor of Kaduna state, accused the group of spreading lies after he defected from the ruling APC to the SDP and then joined Atiku Abubakar's coalition movement under the ADC platform for the 2027 elections. Despite predictions of a potential victory for the coalition, there are concerns about unity within the movement.

El-Rufai also warned against supporting the ADC Vanguard group, which he claimed was circulating false remarks attributed to him. The group has since deleted the post and faced accusations of dishonest tactics.

A spokesperson for the coalition mocked the ADC's lack of coordination, highlighting concerns about their ability to govern.
