APC Governors Commit to Zoning Formula and Leadership

The Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) met to discuss key issues concerning the All Progressives Congress (APC) and reaffirmed their commitment to retaining the party's zoning formula and national executive. Governor Hope Uzodimma, who is the chairman of the PGF, disclosed that the governors believe there is no need to rezone the party's leadership.

The forum emphasized the importance of engaging with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to address Nigeria's security situation and broader economic imperatives. The governors acknowledged the President's recent visit to the United Kingdom as part of a wider strategy to enhance security and diplomatic relations.

They reiterated their commitment to democratic governance and the need for reforms to improve the lives of Nigerians.
