Arewa Think Tank Lauds Tinubu for Polytechnic Upgrade

Muhammad Alhaji Yakubu, the Convener of the Arewa Think Tank, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his assent to the bill that upgrades the Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna, to the Federal University of Technology and Vocational Studies, Kaduna. Yakubu described this development as a significant advancement for technical education, vocational training, and human capital development in Nigeria.

He noted that this transformation would create new opportunities for skills acquisition, technological innovation, research, and youth empowerment. Yakubu emphasized the importance of investing in education as a strategic pathway to national development and highlighted that the upgrade could enhance the education sector's capacity to produce graduates with practical knowledge and industry-relevant competencies.
