Arsenal, Crystal Palace Fixtures Rescheduled to Ease December Congestion

Arsenal and Crystal Palace have had two key December fixtures shifted to ease their congested schedules. Arsenal's Premier League game against Everton has been moved to Saturday, December 20, while Crystal Palace's match against Leeds United has been rescheduled to Sunday, December 21.

The adjustments aim to give the teams extra time to prepare for the EFL Cup quarter-final on December 23. Despite the changes, Crystal Palace faces a demanding schedule, playing two games in three days, including a Conference League tie against a Finnish side on December 18.

Arsenal rejected the idea of playing the EFL Cup tie on Christmas Eve to minimize the impact on fans and club staff. Everton will provide additional coaches and subsidize travel rates to ensure fans can attend despite the schedule shift.
