Odegaard, who was named man of the match, scored the final goal, contributing to a dominant performance that also featured an opener from Riccardo Calafiori just 24 seconds into the match and a goal from Kai Havertz before half-time.

This victory marks a strong start to the season for Arsenal, who recently secured their first Premier League title since 2004, finishing seven points ahead of Manchester City. Odegaard noted that the dynamic display against City, now managed by Enzo Maresca instead of Pep Guardiola, showcased Arsenal's continued hunger for success.
