Lagos Hosts Africa's First E1 Powerboat Championship, Boosting Tourism and Clean Energy

Lagos recently hosted Africa's inaugural E1 Powerboat Championship, positioning the state as a global tourism destination. The event, held at the Lagos Boat Club in Ikoyi, attracted participants from over 300 countries.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu led the state officials in the colorful opening ceremony, emphasizing the importance of sustainable tourism and clean energy innovation.
