Nigerian Senate Holds Public Hearing on Alleged Pilot Substance Use

The Nigerian Senate, led by Chairman Abdul Fatai Buhari, conducted a public hearing on alleged substance abuse by pilots to ensure passenger safety and national interest. The hearing was prompted by former Senator Orji Uzor Kalu's claims of drug use among pilots, which drew reactions from the Nigerian Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE).
