Ogun Government Places TikToker Mirabel Under Care

The Ogun State government has placed TikToker Mirabel under medical care after allegations of assault. Adijat Adeley, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, confirmed that Mirabel is currently receiving treatment at a government medical facility.

Following a visit to assess her health condition, Adeley stated that a comprehensive medical evaluation and psychosocial support are being provided. The Ogun State Police Command has transferred the case to state authorities for a coordinated investigation aimed at safeguarding Mirabel's welfare.

Adeley emphasized the administration's zero-tolerance stance against sexual and gender-based violence, assuring that anyone found culpable will face the full weight of the law. She urged residents to avoid spreading unverified information that could compromise due process.
