Professional dancer Kafayat Shafau, also known as Kaffy, recently shared a childhood trauma on the Honest Bunch podcast. She revealed that at the age of 13, her mother wrongly accused her of having affairs with her boyfriend.

Kaffy explained that her mother, who had gone through a divorce and dated various men, suspected her daughter of being involved with one of her partners. This led to a traumatic experience for Kaffy and her siblings, who referred to their mother's boyfriends as "daddy" due to the absence of a father figure.

Kaffy expressed how this incident had a lasting effect on her, causing feelings of insecurity and mistrust. The emotional pain of being falsely accused by her own mother left a deep impact on Kaffy's mental well-being.
