RMD at 65: Living an Extra Time with Gratitude

Richard Mofe Damijo, known as RMD, is a veteran actor in Nollywood who recently shared his reflections on turning 65 during an episode of The Moraya Show. He expressed that he feels like he is "living an extra time," as his parents did not reach the age of 60.

RMD described his life as one filled with gratitude, stating he is happy to be alive and Nigerian, especially in a time when self-employment is on the rise globally. He shared insights into his youthful appearance and energy, attributing it to a healthy diet and regular exercise.

RMD also mentioned a philosophy he follows, which suggests that to remain youthful, one should not let the "old person" in. He maintains a classy fashion sense and humorously noted that his eldest child, who is 43, still reacts to his style choices.
