Tinubu Assures Nigerians of State Police Implementation at APC Meeting

During an APC caucus meeting in Abuja, Bola Tinubu assured Nigerians of the forthcoming implementation of state police to enhance security nationwide. Tinubu highlighted efforts to ensure the success of the state police bill, including garnering support from the APC and complying with recent Supreme Court judgments on local government autonomy.

The meeting also welcomed new APC members, including seven former governors from the PDP. Vice President Kashim Shettima and Senate President Godswil Akpabio expressed confidence in Tinubu's leadership and the party's future direction.
