Atiku Condemns APC's Victory in Rivers State Local Government Elections

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has criticized the outcome of the local government elections in Rivers State, where the All Progressives Congress (APC) reportedly won 20 out of 23 chairmanship seats.
