Atletico Madrid Rejects €75M Transfer for Osimhen

Victor Osimhen was reportedly offered to Atletico Madrid for a potential transfer fee of €75 million, but the club declined the opportunity due to financial reasons. The offer was communicated through intermediaries, with Osimhen expressing willingness to take a pay cut to fit within Atletico's salary structure.

According to Spanish YouTube channel Club Uria, Atletico Madrid informed the intermediaries that Osimhen was not part of their current plans, primarily because Julián Álvarez is not for sale and Sørloth remains with the team. Atletico deemed the €75 million offer insufficient, believing that Galatasaray might demand a higher fee.

Osimhen, who currently earns €15 million annually at Galatasaray and is under contract until 2029, has previously praised Atletico's coach Diego Simeone, indicating his desire to work under him.
