AVA Infrastructure Fund (AVAIF) filed its Quarterly Investors Report for the period ended 30th June 2026 with the NGX. The report covers the fund's financial position, income statement, portfolio activity, and asset allocation as at Q2 2026.
The AVA Infrastructure Fund (AVAIF), a closed-end fund listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, has released its Quarterly Investors Report for the period ended 30th June 2026.
As at Q2 2026, the fund recorded a Net Asset Value (NAV) of ₦4.3402 billion, with a NAV per unit of ₦1,065,000, down from ₦1,092,000 recorded in Q1 2026. Total assets stood at ₦4.403 billion, comprising ₦2.267 billion in cash and cash equivalents and ₦2.015 billion in financial assets at amortised cost. Total liabilities amounted to ₦63.129 million in accrued fees.
The fund reported total income of ₦216.202 million for Q2 2026, made up of ₦96.202 million in interest income and ₦120 million in net fair value gains. Profit after tax came in at ₦189.840 million, after a withholding tax charge of ₦10.689 million. Administrative expenses were ₦15.673 million.
The fund currently holds two active investments in the urban and social infrastructure sector, with cumulative capital deployment of ₦2.0 billion. It also evaluated three new infrastructure opportunities during the quarter — a community-based renewable energy project, a gas distribution network, and a clean power development project — all at various stages of due diligence. Four dividend payments have been made to unitholders to date.
