The fund's last traded price on the NGX stood at ₦116.00, a 3.75% premium to NAV. The weighted average portfolio yield was 19.18%, with a weighted average years to maturity of 2.17 years.
The fund's cumulative total return from inception, with distributions reinvested, reached 173.05 as of H1 2026, compared against Nigeria CPI at 140.7 over the same period. Cumulative distributions since May 2024 total ₦2.52 billion across three payout cycles. The H2 2025 distribution was disclosed at ₦9.111 per unit, with H1 2026 income distribution scheduled for payment in July 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
During Q2 2026, the fund concluded due diligence on two projects — an affordable housing development (Project Abode) and a student accommodation project (Project Titan) — with a combined value of approximately ₦3.5 billion. Outstanding commitments stand at ₦2 billion, with an additional ₦3.5 billion satisfying conditions precedent. The fund's broader pipeline stands at approximately ₦43 billion across energy and social infrastructure. The fund's Series 2 capital raise remains pending SEC approval.
