AVA Infrastructure Fund Q1 2026 Results: NAV Hits ₦4.449bn
AVA Global Asset Managers Limited filed a Q1 2026 Quarterly Investors Report for the AVA Infrastructure Fund (AVAIF) covering the period ended 31st March 2026. The filing contains unaudited financial statements, asset allocation data, distribution updates, and a summary of fund activities for the quarter.
The AVA Infrastructure Fund (AVAIF), a closed-end fund listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), reported a net asset value (NAV) of ₦4.449 billion as at 31st March 2026, up from ₦4.253 billion at the close of 2025. NAV per unit rose to ₦1,091.79 from ₦1,043.57 over the same period.
For Q1 2026, the Fund recorded total income of ₦215.007 million, comprising ₦95.007 million in interest income on infrastructure loans and a ₦120 million net fair value gain. Profit after tax stood at ₦196.483 million for the quarter, compared to ₦750.798 million for the full year 2025.
As at quarter-end, 53.60% of the Fund's net assets were held in money market instruments and bank deposits, while 46.40% was allocated to senior project finance loans. The Fund disclosed cumulative capital deployment of ₦2.0 billion across two active investments in the urban and social infrastructure space.
The Fund confirmed that a fourth distribution to unitholders is scheduled for April 2026, following previous payments in November 2024, April 2025, and November 2025. Total units in issue remain at 4,075.
