Coronation Infrastructure Fund (CNIF) has published its Q1 2026 Quarterly Investor Report, disclosing a Net Asset Value of ₦9.42 billion as of 31 March 2026. The fund's NAV per unit stood at ₦107.15, against a last traded price of ₦110.00 on the NGX, a 2.67% premium to NAV. The weighted average yield of the portfolio is reported at 19.18%, with a weighted average years to maturity of 2.54 years.
The fund paid its third distribution of ₦9.111 per unit — totalling ₦800.86 million — on 3 February 2026, bringing cumulative distributions to ₦2.52 billion across three payout cycles since inception in May 2024. All distributions have been funded from operating income.
During the quarter, ₦1.2 billion was deployed into Project Salt, a healthcare social infrastructure initiative. The portfolio currently holds 70% in senior project finance loans and 30% in money market instruments, with the fund noting the elevated money market position is temporary pending further deployment.
The Investment Committee has approved due diligence for two new projects — Project Ivory, an affordable housing development, and Project Titan, student accommodation at a federal institution. Series 2 of the fund, targeting ₦20 billion in fresh capital, is awaiting regulatory approval.
