KWAM1 Accuses Ogun Governor of Unlawful Exclusion from Awujale Stool Nomination Process

Fuji music legend KWAM1, also known as Wasiu Ayinde Adesanya, has written to Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun alleging his exclusion from the nomination process for the Awujale stool in Ijebuland. KWAM1 claims the process violated statutory laws and customary practices following the death of Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona.

He accuses the Fusengbuwa ruling house of orchestrating an exclusionary and unlawful nomination exercise, claiming that legitimate members were prevented from participating. The process was allegedly compromised during a meeting at Bristol Hotel in Ijebu Ode, where heavy security personnel restricted access.

KWAM1 asserts that the delegation system introduced without consent disenfranchised eligible members and obstructed their rights.
