AXA Mansard Launches Digital Motor Insurance Inspection

AXA Mansard, a member of the AXA Group, has announced the launch of a digital motor insurance inspection process in Nigeria. This new solution, developed in collaboration with Curacel, enables customers to complete vehicle inspections by submitting photographs through their smartphones.

The digital inspection system is designed to simplify the insurance process, facilitating policy renewals and claims assessments. Chizuru Nwankwonta, Chief Technology Officer at AXA Mansard, stated that this initiative reflects the company's commitment to making the insurance process easier and faster.

The system automates the review process and generates inspection reports that integrate with AXA Mansard's existing underwriting and claims workflow. The digital inspection option reduces the need for physical assessments, providing customers with greater flexibility throughout their motor insurance journey.
