Azeez Elected Chairman of Correspondents’ Chapel in Kwara NUJ, Promises New Leadership

Azeez has been elected as the new Chairman of the Correspondents’ Chapel in Kwara NUJ, succeeding Mallam Abdulhakeem Garba. The election saw the affirmation of Ibrahim Aleg as Vice Chairman, Sikirat Shehu as Businessday Financial Secretary, and Afusat Agunbiade as NAN Treasurer.

The contest also included positions like Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin congratulating the newly elected members. Azeez pledged to strengthen member welfare, promote ethical journalism, and deepen collaboration with government institutions.
