Bago's Administration Marks Three Years of Progress in Niger

At a media conference marking the third anniversary of Governor Mohammed Bago's administration in Niger State, various commissioners outlined the achievements of the government. Engr. Farouk Audi, the Commissioner for Water Resources, reported on several water projects aimed at improving access to clean drinking water across urban and rural areas.

Barrister Mauric Magaji, the Commissioner for Homeland Security, emphasized the government's commitment to enhancing security through collaboration with agencies and technological strategies. Dr. Murtala Bagana, the Commissioner for Health, noted improvements in the health sector, ensuring primary health facilities are equipped for residents.

The administration has also focused on infrastructure development, including road and bridge construction, to boost socio-economic activities. The agricultural sector has seen significant investments aimed at making Niger State a food basket for Nigeria.

Education initiatives include rehabilitating schools and recruiting qualified teachers to enhance learning opportunities for children.
