Bandits Ramp Up Attacks in Kano State, Residents Cry for Help

Bandits have intensified attacks in Shanono, Kano State, causing chaos and fear among residents. The security committee chairman, Alhaji Yahaya Umar Bagobiri, highlighted the bandits' brutal activities, including killings, abductions, and cattle rustling.

He urged President Bola Tinubu to strategize with new service chiefs to combat the banditry. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf was also called upon to collaborate with neighboring states to secure borders and restore peace.

The affected communities have fled to safer areas, seeking refuge from the escalating violence.
