Bandits Kill 3, Abduct 15 in Kogi and Zamfara Attacks

Bandits killed 3 people and abducted 15 in separate attacks in Kogi and Zamfara states. In Kogi, the assailants killed two people and abducted 10 others in Kabba Bunu LGA.

The attacks occurred in Oll Bunu community, with residents confirming the deaths and abductions. Olayinka Braimoh criticized the authorities for failing to address the rising banditry and called for a comprehensive security overhaul.

In Zamfara, bandits attacked Fananawa village in Bukuyum LGA, killing one person and kidnapping seven others. The incidents highlight the ongoing security challenges in both states.
