Barcelona Rules Out Signing Victor Osimhen This Summer

Barcelona has confirmed that they are not interested in pursuing Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, focusing their efforts on signing Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid. Despite Barcelona's lack of interest, Osimhen has garnered attention from numerous major European clubs as the summer transfer window approaches.

Galatasaray's assistant coach Ismael Garcia Gomez stated that Osimhen is among the top three to five strikers in the world, highlighting his physical strength and ability to influence games even when not heavily involved. Osimhen has scored 59 goals in 74 appearances across competitions for Galatasaray, contributing to two league titles and a Turkish Cup.

Manchester United has identified Osimhen as a dream signing for their main striker position next season, while Real Madrid is also monitoring the situation. Atletico Madrid is considering Osimhen as a potential replacement for Alvarez if he departs.

The report mentions that Galatasaray's valuation of Osimhen is around €150 million.
