Bauchi Governor Sacks Security Commissioner Amid Governance Adjustments

Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has removed the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Galadima, from office with immediate effect. The decision was described as a routine adjustment within the state executive cabinet.

The announcement was made in a statement released on Monday by the Governor's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado. The reshuffle aims to bring fresh ideas and improve government operations.

While the specific reasons for Galadima's removal were not disclosed, it is part of the government's commitment to reviewing its cabinet periodically. Governor Mohammed thanked Galadima for his service to Bauchi State and assured residents that the government remains focused on restoring peace and improving security in the state.
