Chimsom Chuka Wins First Head of House in BBN 11

Chimsom Chuka, a 27-year-old pharmacist and actor from Anambra State, emerged as the first Head of House (HoH) in the 11th season of Big Brother Naija (BBN) after winning the inaugural HoH challenge on Monday. This victory secures him immunity from eviction during the opening week of the competition.

The HoH task involved male housemates competing against each other and female contestants battling separately, with Chimsom recording the fastest time. Abi, a chef and model from Osun State, finished second and was named Deputy Head of House.

A new twist this season requires the HoH to select a fellow housemate through a lucky dip to share the Head of House loft; Chimsom picked Tram, who then selected Sheba to join him. Despite not residing in the loft, Chimsom retains immunity and other leadership responsibilities.

He expressed confidence in being authentic throughout the competition, aiming to connect with viewers through his genuine personality. The season features 24 contestants competing for a grand prize of ₦160 million.
