Beauty Tukura Condemns Photographer Over Abuse Claims

Beauty Tukura, a former contestant on Big Brother Naija, has reacted strongly to allegations of domestic violence against wedding photographer David Martins. Martins' wife accused him of physical, verbal, and psychological abuse during their marriage, claiming she suffered for years while remaining silent to protect his image and ensure her safety, as well as that of their three-month-old son.

She alleged that Martins attacked her on May 7, 2026, while she was pregnant and stated that she possesses photo and video evidence of the abuse. The matter has been reported to the Lagos Police Gender Unit, as well as the United States and Canadian embassies.

In her Instagram post, Beauty Tukura described Martins in derogatory terms and urged her followers to unfollow and report his social media accounts. She also encouraged clients of Martins to reconsider their engagement with him and request refunds if applicable, citing other negative experiences shared by individuals regarding Martins and his brothers.
