Beta Glass Plc Announces Board Changes and New Appointments

Beta Glass Plc, a leading glass container manufacturer in West Central Africa, announced significant changes to its board of directors. Four members, namely Mr.

Emmanouil Metaxaki, Mr. Vassili Kararizo, Mr.

Serg Jori, and Mr. Gagik Apkarian, have stepped down from the board.

The company expressed gratitude for their dedicated service and strategic guidance, wishing them success in future endeavors. In their place, Beta Glass appointed four new non-executive directors: Mr.

Nitin Kaul, Ms. Olusola Carrena, Mr.

Bolaji Olatunbosun Osunsanya, and Mr. Boy Olusanya.

The company stated that these appointments would bring together extensive experience in global strategy, finance, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, and corporate governance. Notably, Mr.

Osunsanya, the former Group Chief Executive Officer of Axxela Limited, brings three decades of leadership experience across the energy, finance, and infrastructure sectors, having previously held executive roles at Oando Plc and Access Bank Plc.
