Olanrewaju Alaka serves as the Brand Director of TWN Circle, where he engineered an exclusive event designed to facilitate authentic conversations among high-achieving women. The event took place at the Federal Palace Hotel, chosen for its prestige and audio-visual capabilities.

The guest capacity was intentionally capped at 30, with invitations sent through a curated WhatsApp broadcast list to maintain exclusivity. The event was structured around three key themes: At Home, At Work, and In Your Community.

Alaka oversaw the matching of speakers and panellists to these themes, providing individual briefs that included the event's purpose, audience profile, and slot duration. The confirmed lineup included Alaka as the convener and keynote speaker, alongside other notable speakers.

A small production team managed the event's logistics, with Peace Eze hosting and Olivia co-hosting. Alaka maintained oversight throughout the event, ensuring it aligned with the brand's vision and reputation strategy.
