Nigerian Military Repels Boko Haram Drone Attack, Kills 6 Terrorists

In Borno State, Nigerian military, aided by the Nigerien Air Force, successfully thwarted a Boko Haram drone attack at Malam Fatori in the Abadam Local Government Area. The terrorists launched the assault using drones and mortars, injuring civilians and members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF).

The joint forces, including Nigerian and Nigerien troops, defeated the attackers, killing six terrorists and recovering weapons. The troops also evacuated wounded individuals and maintained high morale.

The Nigerien Air Force conducted follow-up strikes to neutralize fleeing terrorists.
