Nigerian Troops Repel ISWAP Attack in Borno State, 15 Terrorists Killed

Nigerian troops, under Operation Hadin Kai, repelled an attack by ISWAP terrorists in Ngamdu, Borno State, resulting in the death of 15 terrorists. The troops, led by Lieutenant Colonel Sani Uba, successfully defended against the coordinated attack using rocket-propelled grenades and drones.

While four soldiers were killed and five wounded, the troops held their ground and inflicted significant losses on the terrorists. The military temporarily closed the Damaturu-Maiduguri highway for security reasons but swiftly reopened it after clearing the area of threats.
