Bank of Industry Appoints Olayinka Mubarak as MD of Investment Company

The Bank of Industry (BOI) has named Olayinka Mubarak as the Managing Director of its subsidiary, BOI Investment Trust Company Limited (BOI ITC). With a vast background spanning 25 years in banking and finance, Mubarak has expertise in areas such as development finance, treasury management, and public sector banking.

Prior to this appointment, she held various senior leadership positions in the banking industry and was part of the team that significantly impacted the economy's key sectors. In 2017, Mubarak was appointed to the Federal Government Board of the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF), showcasing her experience in public sector oversight and governance.

In her new role, Mubarak will provide strategic leadership for BOI ITC, overseeing areas such as trusteeship, custodial services, financial planning, advisory services, and focusing on strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.
