Bournemouth Dominates Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford
Bournemouth triumphed over Manchester United with a 3-0 victory at Old Trafford, putting additional pressure on United's manager Michael Carrick. This match marked United's third loss in four home games and extended Bournemouth's unbeaten run against them to seven meetings.
Carrick made the controversial decision to bench skipper Bruno Fernandes after a poor midweek performance. Bournemouth took the lead when Rayan scored from a volley following a free-kick by Justin Kluivert after 30 minutes.
They doubled their lead before halftime when Tavernier finished a move initiated by Truffert. Despite jeers from their fans, Carrick retained Fernandes for the second half and introduced Matheus Cunha.
Bournemouth continued to threaten, with Evanilson's early shot disallowed for offside. The visitors sealed the win when Evanilson scored after turning goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
This victory extended Bournemouth's winning streak to four matches across all competitions, while Manchester United faced an eight-game winless run.
