Court Finds Nnamdi Kanu Guilty on All Seven Counts of Terrorism Charges

The Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on all seven counts of terrorism charges. Justice James Omotosho delivered the judgment, stating that the prosecution led sufficient credible evidence to establish its case against Kanu.

Kanu refused to enter a defense and chose to rest his case entirely on the prosecution's submissions. The court had no option but to accept the prosecution's evidence, leading to Kanu's guilty verdict.
