Court Bars Pat Utomi from Establishing Shadow Government in Nigeria

Justice James Omotosho declared the initiative as potentially undermining internal security, emphasizing citizens' rights to criticize the government should not cover unlawful activities. The court commended the DSS for its preventive actions to safeguard national security interests.
