Nigerian Naval Chief Approves Massive Redeployment of 65 Rear Admirals for Enhanced Maritime Security

The Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abba, has approved the redeployment of 65 Rear Admirals within the Nigerian Navy to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance maritime security. The massive redeployment includes key appointments such as Rear Admiral Suleiman Abdullahi as Chief of Logistics at Naval Headquarters, Rear Admiral Kasim Bushi at the Naval Training Command, and Rear Admiral Musa Katagum as Chief of Operations.

The move aims to improve performance and synergy across naval commands. The announcement was made in a statement by the Director of Naval Information, Commodore Ayiwuyor Adam Aliu.

Vice Admiral Abba congratulated the newly appointed officers and emphasized the importance of professionalism and dedication to national security and development.
